Complete payment securely

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

As soon as your order is placed successfully, you will receive:

Order confirmation email
SMS confirmation
Order ID for future tracking

If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will be delivered directly to your shipping address through our trusted courier partners across India.

We currently deliver only within India.

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/UPI/NET BANKING. THE ORDER FAILED BUT MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sometimes payment failures happen due to network or banking issues. If your amount gets deducted but the order isn’t confirmed:

The amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days

Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

WHEN WILL PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?

Pre-order products are shipped within the estimated timeline mentioned on the product page.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier details

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS UNDELIVERED?

If your order is marked undelivered:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS SNIPER SOCIETY’S RETURN POLICY?

We offer easy returns/exchanges on eligible products within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be:

Unused
Unwashed
In original packaging
With tags intact

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer exchanges for:

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE IN A STORE?

Currently, Sniper Society operates online-only and does not offer in-store returns.

CAN I CANCEL A RETURN REQUEST?

Yes, return requests can be cancelled before pickup completion.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Refunds usually reflect within:

5–7 business days for prepaid orders

CANCELLATION POLICY

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

CAN I SEND A GIFT WITHOUT PRICE TAGS?

Yes. Mention it in the order notes while placing the order.

CAN I ADD PRODUCTS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, additional products cannot be added.

You may place a separate order.

WHAT IF I’M NOT AVAILABLE DURING DELIVERY OR PICKUP?

Courier partners usually attempt delivery/pickup multiple times.
